About Me
My name is Armaan and I am currently a sophomore in high school, and planning to graduate in 2026. I attend a private school in West Hartford. I recently started investing, and it sparked my interest in the field of finance.
While investing, people often look up to Warren Buffet, who is one of the biggest and greatest investors of our time. Although he is a great investor, someone who inspires me is someone less frequently acknowledged. I am inspired by the ideas of Charlie Munger who is a partner with Warren Buffet. Charlie Munger said ‘A lot of people think that if they have a hundred stocks they’re investing more professionally than they are if they have four or five. I regard this as insanity.’ When getting started, I often asked my dad for help and advice, and every day I would go to him and ask him about a different stock. Every time, he told me it was better to have a list of a couple of stocks that you monitor frequently and more closely. He told me that I would be more successful if gave a couple of stocks more attention rather than a large number of stocks. This ideology helped my success. My goal is to share a high schooler’s point of view in the world of investing and provide stock analysis.
